Join us for an intimate and exclusive Unico Zelo Wine Dinner, hosted by a representative from Unico Zelo & Berkmann. The evening will feature a carefully curated menu paired with a selection of vibrant, characterful wines from one of Australia’s most exciting and progressive wineries.
Founded by Brendan and Laura Carter in South Australia, Unico Zelo has earned an international reputation for producing expressive, minimal-intervention wines that celebrate Australia’s unique landscape and Mediterranean grape varieties. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovative winemaking, the winery crafts wines that are fresh, approachable and full of personality.
Throughout the evening, each wine will be thoughtfully paired with dishes designed to complement its distinctive character, creating a memorable dining experience while sharing the stories, philosophy and passion behind every bottle.
